As today’s electronics have become smaller and more compact, they have also become more powerful and more comprehensive in their role in all aspects of life. Then, even at this point, there is still the need to made adjustments and modifications to ensure that the chip operates correctly, and also have the ability to test failures and further refine the chip for future generations of the product.

Each step in the process, starting with the integrated circuit design planning and prototype development, is critical both from a cost and time factor.
